I built this bass by request from my 12 year old daughter at the time. She asked if I'd build her a bass for Christmas a few years back and so I did. The bass features a fiddleback maple top, a mahogany core and a hard maple back. The neck has five laminates which consists of maple, cherry and mahogany. The trussrod cover which has her name on it is made of yellowheart and the fretboard is kingwood. It has a passive setup with volume and tone. The bass has a really nice sound for such a simple setup. Most of all she thoroughly enjoys playing it.
